Production line:
Injection Moulding:
Latest series of intelligent HT-1 imported, injection moulding machine, controlled by Micro Processor are installed to mould various sizes of syringes and other medical disposables
Printing & Assembly:
The syringes are printed and assembled using Hi tech machines with latest Japanese Technology
Packing:
Syringes & Needle are packed together in blister using medical grade film and paper.
Sterilization:
All the ETO sterilized syringes are kept under quarantine till the same passes the test for sterility, Toxicity and Pyrogen
The components received from the injection moulding department are fed into the specially designed Printing and Assembly machine, where the syringes are printed with graduations and then assembled.
